The challenge
The challenge was to optimize the specification and development process of electric vehicle functions in a data-driven manner. The aim was to identify relevant use cases that offer decisive insights for product and function development on the basis of a comprehensive and diverse database.
My solution
In the role of requirements engineer, I worked out the goals and requirements together with the customer in workshops and interviews:
We outlined solution approaches, harmonized our understanding of the data structure and selected essential use cases for implementation while defining an effective collaboration model.
As Proxy Product Owner and the accompanying BI and Data Analytics Expert role, I led my team in an agile project to develop a cloud-based data analytics solution that consolidates a heterogeneous database, enriches it with AI methods and visualizes the results in Power BI reports.
